At this year’s Evening Standard London’s 1000 Awards, the cocktails and canapés come courtesy of high-profile event and catering organisers Fizz. Set up by Heather Gilbert 12 years ago, Fizz takes its clients to iconic London venues, including Tower Bridge – where both The Apprentice and London’s Next Top Model have been filmed – the gardens of Westminster Abbey and this evening’s location, the London Transport Museum.
