Even after two years, the London Aquarium remains one of London’s most sought after venues, guaranteeing a high turnout at events time after time. The backdrop of some of the world’s most exotic sea life creates an unforgettable environment for receptions & dinners
It is hard to compare the experience of watching sharks & conger eels glide past while you safely sip a glass of chilled champagne.
One of the World’s leading American banks, recently selected Fizz to provide an elegant canapé & dinner event to celebrate a new partnership. To mark the event they wanted guests to enjoy a fun evening, with the emphasis on high quality catering and stunning visual displays.
Above all else, it had to be memorable. The Aquarium provided the ideal location and Fizz designed a five course menu served by a full butler service to suit this important occasion.
Shortly before dinner was announced, guests watched fascinated as divers climbed into tropical aquarium tanks and swam with sharks providing amusing and informative interaction with guests by radio and hand signals.
Throughout the evening the sounds of a salsa band filled the air. And to add to the tropical atmosphere, tables were decorated with exotic flowers in black Grecian urns. Tall palms & star cloths lined the walls, and Fizz provided blue glasses & plates to reflect the organisation’s corporate colours.
After dinner, guests were invited to the ray pool. There, the rays seemed to enjoy the human touch as guests placed their hands in the water. These extraordinary creatures provided endless entertainment as the guests danced the rest of the night away.
